North Carolina Department of Revenue Update with Representative – Caitlin Harrington (Associate Director – Knowledge, Education, and Outreach Division) 

Caitlin is the Associate Director of the Knowledge, Education, and Outreach (KEO) Division of the North Carolina Department of Revenue. Her primary responsibilities include managing, coordinating, planning and overseeing the development of tax knowledge articles, tax and system documentation, and tax training material for internal and external customers, and outreach activities. Caitlin joined the Department in 2013 and has been in the KEO Division since 2018. Caitlin attended East Carolina University and received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2012.
